[Business Expansion & Organizational Strengthening] Tsucrea Relocates Head Office to Ochanomizu

Tsucrea Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Hideki Suzuki; hereinafter "Tsucrea") has relocated its head office to the Ochanomizu area due to business expansion and strengthening of its organizational structure.

 

This relocation is being carried out as part of an effort to prepare for the next growth phase, by accommodating an increase in employees and expanded business areas, and further strengthening collaboration with diverse players such as startups, researchers, companies, and local governments.

 

Tsucrea has, until now, supported various challenging endeavors through startup support, business creation support, and the operation of incubation facilities. In recent years, with the expansion of projects, the number of employees has also increased, and the conventional office was no longer fully functional. Therefore, we decided to expand our head office functions and review our environment for further growth and value creation.

 

In the new office, we have reviewed the layout and spatial design, creating an open one-floor configuration with as few walls as possible. By creating a sense of proximity where faces can be seen across departments and roles, we aim to achieve quick decision-making and strengthened collaboration, as well as an environment where new projects and value can be born from incidental communication. Furthermore, relocating to the Ochanomizu area improves transportation convenience, further expanding contact points with diverse partners such as companies, local governments, and research institutions.

 

In addition, our company updated its organizational structure from April 2026 for the next growth phase. By clarifying roles and functions, we aim to strengthen cross-functional collaboration and further improve the quality of support and business creation capabilities. The head office relocation serves as a foundation to make this new system effective and realize higher value provision.

 

Moving forward, Tsucrea will continue to work with startups, researchers, companies, and local governments to create new value and promote social implementation. Taking this relocation as an opportunity, we will generate more co-creation and deliver new value to society.
