Adorning the Spring in the City Center with Flowers and Light Objects: "Floral Festa" to be Held in Rinkai Fukutoshin

TSP Taiyo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kago Ikezawa) has been commissioned by the Rinkai Fukutoshin Revitalization Promotion Committee (Secretariat: Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Port and Harbor) to hold the spring event "Floral Festa" for approximately two months, from Saturday, April 4th to Sunday, May 31st (scheduled). Our company is responsible for the planning, operation, venue setup, and public relations for this event.

This event is held as part of a project to promote urban development where visitors can enjoy the Rinkai Fukutoshin area both day and night. You can enjoy the spring Rinkai Fukutoshin throughout the entire area, with flowers adorning the district, objects featuring plants and light motifs, and a stamp rally. With the emergence of flowers and the new landmark "Tokyo Aqua Symphony," the Rinkai Fukutoshin has become even more vibrant. Please come and enjoy the spring season here.

■Event Contents

・Symphony of Flowers and Light that Changes Expression Day and Night

Light objects featuring plants and other elements, enjoyable both day and night, will be sequentially installed along the West Promenade from Tokyo Aqua Symphony to Central Plaza. This will create a fantastical space for spring in the city center.

・Food Trucks Every Saturday and Sunday!

Food trucks will also appear at Odaiba Deck every Saturday and Sunday from Saturday, April 4th to Sunday, May 24th.

・"Tokyo Floral Passage" with Approximately 500,000 Tulip Plants in Bloom

Symbol Promenade Park will feature the "Tokyo Floral Passage," a large-scale and continuous flower spot, where a rich array of flowers will welcome visitors. A flower corridor where you can feel the changing seasons will also be maintained. Especially until mid-April, approximately 500,000 tulip plants will be in full bloom, allowing you to enjoy a spectacular spring landscape.

・"Infiorata" - Creating a Large Flower Painting Together

An "Infiorata" event will be held at Odaiba Deck in Symbol Promenade Park, where participants will create a large picture on the ground using flower petals. This event invites everyone to arrange flower petals to complete a large flower painting.

・Hello Kitty Stamp Rally

A Hello Kitty Stamp Rally will be held within the Floral Festa, connecting various locations in Rinkai Fukutoshin. Those who tour the park and collect stamps will receive original novelty gifts.

・About Next-Generation Mobility

Next-generation mobility vehicles are operating in Symbol Promenade Park, allowing comfortable movement within the large area. In conjunction with "100% Doraemon & Friends in Tokyo" to be held at Tokyo Dream Park, which opened on March 27, 2026, Doraemon-themed wrapped mobility vehicles will also be running.
