[Event Report] TOREPAS FAIR 2026 Held: Explaining the Latest Trends in Food Labeling and Efficiency/Automation in Quality Control

In recent years, the food industry has accelerated its digital transformation efforts, driven by successive regulatory revisions and changes in the social environment. Since the enforcement of the Food Labeling Act, labeling requirements have been continuously updated, including revisions to allergen labeling and specific product labeling rules.

While it is estimated that approximately 70% of the food industry has initiated some form of IT adoption or efficiency improvement, only a fraction of companies have achieved full-scale DX. Digitalization is evolving from simple operational efficiency to the construction of management foundations utilizing data. This seminar was planned to provide a forum for discussing how to integrate regulatory compliance with digitalization in light of these industry trends.
