(a subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed TryHard Holdings Limited) is pleased to announce that the music festival event 'SBI MUSIC CIRCUS OSAKA' and the collaborative stage 'SBI MUSIC CIRCUS OSAKA TikTok LIVE STAGE' will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at SENNAN LONG PARK, on the same day as one of Kansai's largest fireworks displays, 'SBI Maihanabi in Osaka/Sennan'.

This year's 'SBI MUSIC CIRCUS OSAKA' embraces the theme of a 'summer festival,' bringing together artists who embody summer to engulf the entire venue in a whirlwind of enthusiasm.

Furthermore, the excitement and elation will carry on into the evening with 'SBI Maihanabi in Osaka/Sennan'.

During the day, you can enjoy the summer music festival and spend time in an open, liberating atmosphere while savoring summer-specific gourmet food from a variety of kitchen cars lined up within the venue. At night, the fireworks that vibrantly color the night sky will overlap with the lingering echoes of the music, creating a special moment.
