No-code prediction AI "UMWELT" is a no-code prediction AI that provides demand forecasting results simply by preparing three columns of data: "① when, ② what, ③ how much was sold." Additionally, its "combinatorial optimization" function enables the optimization of production plans and personnel allocation.
It can automatically create plans for which products to produce on which manufacturing line, when, and how many, to be efficient. By utilizing it for inventory management, ordering, and planning operations, it contributes to operational efficiency and production plan optimization.
"UMWELT" has been introduced by a wide range of companies regardless of industry or business type, including manufacturing, food and beverage, travel, logistics, and real estate.
Furthermore, we are developing and providing "HRBEST," an AI that can automatically create shifts reflecting complex conditions with a single click. As we approach our 10th anniversary in June 2026, the Company has reflected on its journey and embarked on a new way of delivering value that goes beyond merely providing products. We also returned to the question of what universal value we can offer and re-examined the future direction and stance of our business.

The Company has worked with numerous companies to address the challenge of "optimizing things and people." Driven by the desire to share the experience and knowledge gained with those who are about to embark on AI utilization and DX, we have launched "On-site AI Courses and Training" to support understanding and practical application of AI.
While the phrase "AI for operational efficiency" has become widespread and related information abounds, in actual workplaces, it is not uncommon to face challenges such as not knowing where to start when considering AI introduction/DX, lacking personnel, or having concerns about costs. Many also express difficulty in determining how to apply it to their own operations.
Against this backdrop, we have felt that it is important to "organize one's own operations and consider where there is room for efficiency improvement" before AI introduction or DX itself.
