TRYETING Inc. (Headquarters: Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture; Representative Director and President: Yuki Nagae; hereinafter, Tryeting), an AI venture launched from Nagoya University that develops and provides AI products, is pleased to announce the new formulation of its Mission, Vision, and Values.

Background of Formulation

The AI industry is experiencing remarkable technological innovation and market environment changes, leading to an increasing number of situations where business direction and service offerings are being re-evaluated. In this environment, we believe it is essential to clearly communicate both internally and externally "what to change" and "what not to change."

Furthermore, witnessing the daily efforts of our members and the joy expressed by our customers, we felt it was time to redefine the universal value that Tryeting provides and to continue being an organization that can deliver that value. We aim to more concretely articulate Tryeting's unique strengths and cherished values, making them a common guideline for our members to refer to daily.

In formulating these, we gathered a wide range of voices from across the company through an internal workshop conducted in 2025, and repeatedly deliberated to ensure the content was rooted in the real experiences of each member.

Mission, Vision, Values

Mission | Creating a bridge to the future of tomorrow, today!

To create "new norms for tomorrow" that did not exist until today, with the power of technology.

To connect "important existing norms" to tomorrow, with the power of technology.

What we aim for is a rich future where both coexist.

Instead of rewriting the past, we update the wisdom and pride cultivated by various Japanese industries with the power of technology, passing on the baton that must not be broken to the next generation.

With reliable manufacturing, while there is still time. We begin evolution and succession, today, from here.

Vision | To become the de facto standard for society, connecting Japan's "workplaces" with prediction and optimization.

We are not just a system development company. By becoming the "standard" for demand forecasting and shift creation, we aim to be a "social OS" that breaks down barriers between companies and optimizes logistics and employment itself.

Statements (Our Three Promises)

As a company responsible for the de facto standard, we adhere to the following stances.

01. Impact: From optimizing "individual companies" to connecting "industries."

Our becoming the industry standard (de facto) has significant meaning. For example, if demand forecasting standards are unified, "mixed freight logistics" across companies becomes possible, putting an end to the logistics crisis. If predictions and shifts are connected, the right people can be assigned when needed, allowing for reasonable recruitment plans. We aim to create a new common foundation for solving societal issues, including resource shortages across the entire industry, not just for the profit of one company.

02. Quality and Responsibility: The responsibility to design for "uninterrupted operation."

Stopping our customers' on-site operations leads to a loss of trust and, beyond that, harm to social life. We do not talk about quality merely by meeting system numbers or standards. Even a slight stoppage means that the peace of mind of customers working on-site is interrupted. We meticulously examine whether even minor internal setting changes affect customer operations, in addition to external factors, and build a robust system with the resolve that "we are the last line of defense." We are not just operating systems; we fulfill our responsibility as an infrastructure that truly supports the feelings of the現場 and can be used with peace of mind.

03. People and Regions (Human & Roots): A hope for business "survival" in a country with a declining population.

The challenge of "doing the work of 10 people with 5" is faced more in regional workplaces than in urban areas. What we aim for is not simply replacing people with AI, but a mechanism that overcomes difficulties by inheriting experience and intuition into the system, eliminating reliance on individuals, and promoting operational efficiency. It is also a kind environment for all workers, where anyone can become productive immediately, and people can focus more on creative tasks. Even if employment is fluid, and even if the population decreases, businesses continue, and regions thrive. We support such "strong and kind workplaces" with our technology.

Action Guidelines (Values) | "We will be the standard of the future" ~ Professional & Proactive ~

① [To: Customers/People] Anticipate with imagination (Foresee the Needs)

Whether the other party is a customer or a colleague, our professional attitude remains unchanged. Instead of waiting for instructions, we imagine the anxieties beyond the screen and unseen challenges, and act proactively. We always maintain "intellectual humility," respect each other, and generously share knowledge. Our pride lies in consistently exceeding the expectations of others, both inside and outside the company.

② [To: Technology/Quality] Obsession with "uninterrupted operation" (Obsession with Reliability)

What we create is an "unshakable pillar" that supports our customers' businesses. That's why we take as much pride in robust "unbreakable design" as we do in flashy new features. We know that a single oversight can lead to major disruption on-site. Each of us takes overwhelming ownership, believing "we are the last line of defense," imagines all risks, and builds rock-solid quality as social infrastructure.

③ [To: Self/Work] Do the future, today (Make it Today)

Even a grand Vision only exists at the culmination of today's seconds, minutes, and hours. A good tomorrow does not come by waiting; it is created by a continuous series of "what we did today." That's why we never postpone our steps towards a better tomorrow, constantly asking "what can be done now." No matter how difficult the challenge, we do not stop, but take the first concrete step that can be done today. With overwhelming speed and execution power to keep taking action, we will be the first to embody the new future.

Comments from Founding Members

Yuki Nagae, Representative Director, President, CEO & CRO, TRYETING Inc.

We have renewed our MVV for the first time since our founding in 2016. This articulation of our strengths and aspirations is rooted in the joy our customers experience through our products and the daily efforts of our supporting members. In the formulation process, we conducted company-wide workshops and then engaged in discussions among the founding members, through which I once again felt gratitude for the presence and contributions of all our members. We will use this newly defined MVV as a common guideline for all members, striving even harder to enhance value provision to customers and contribute to society.

Miku Suganuma, Executive Vice President & COO, TRYETING Inc.

This was an opportunity to re-articulate the thoughts and values we have cherished, which were often discussed internally but never explicitly put into words. I feel that this process was about giving words to the culture we have embodied, naming it "Tryeting-ness," and sharing it as a common understanding among everyone. With the newly formulated MVV, we will work together as a company to support our customers' "important norms" and help create "new norms for tomorrow."

Ryo Takeshima, Executive Vice President & CTO, TRYETING Inc.

When customers utilize our products and services, it is unacceptable for their operations to be disrupted due to our products or services. Continuously providing "uninterrupted" products and services that operate stably is a technical goal and a promise to our customers as a product supporting their operations. To fulfill that promise, we will commit to stable operation, using this MVV as a common standard for the entire organization.

The MVV will be sequentially reflected on our corporate website and various media outlets after the release of this announcement.
