We aim to specifically verbalize the strengths unique to TRYETING and the values we cherish, serving as common guidelines that members can return to daily.
In formulating these, we gathered voices broadly from across the company through internal workshops held in 2025, and held repeated discussions to ensure the content is rooted in the actual feelings of each and every member.
