Trustyyle Inc. (headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yosuke Yoshida) announced that its community, “HR Library,” will hold “Traveling HR Library in Shizuoka” on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at the headquarters of The Shizuoka Shimbun and Shizuoka Broadcasting System. HR Library is an anonymous HR community based in Tokyo’s Ningyocho area, with approximately 750 members. Mainly serving the Tokyo metropolitan area, it provides a space where people involved in HR, recruitment, and organizational development can openly discuss real workplace concerns beyond job titles or positions. The Shizuoka event was planned to encourage exchange among HR professionals across regions, company sizes, and industries, bringing together the real challenges of people and organizations for discussion and shared learning. In regional cities, companies often face challenges such as recruitment difficulties, employee retention, and building training systems, while having limited opportunities to access the latest HR knowledge or casually consult with HR professionals from other companies. “Traveling HR Library” is an initiative designed to address such regional issues by bringing opportunities for learning and connection to different areas.
