Trustyyle Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Yosuke Yoshida), which operates 'Personnel Library,' a community for HR professionals, is launching a new initiative under its 'Recruitment Library' service: the 'Recruitment x AI Study Session ~Let's Build an ATS with Claude Code~,' starting April 6, 2026. This study session is a members-only content for Personnel Library members and will be held online every Monday to Thursday during lunchtime. It is designed to be sustainable for participants to continue their learning according to their own work and proficiency levels. Background and Objectives of the Event The recruitment field often faces challenges such as 'tasks being siloed,' 'not knowing how other companies operate,' and 'lacking budget or systems to introduce new tools.' The 'Recruitment Library (*)' provided by Personnel Library was launched as a practical support service to address these on-site issues. * Announcement of Recruitment Library Release The 'Recruitment x AI Study Session' takes this philosophy a step further, aiming to not just 'learn about AI' but to 'implement it in practical work by hands-on experience.' In the first phase, participants will challenge themselves to create a minimal template for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using Claude Code. A minimal ATS template can be created in a short time, and with subsequent adjustments, company-specific functions can be gradually added. Furthermore, the program considers applications in various areas of recruitment practice, such as creating scout emails, scheduling interviews, and automating/systematizing recruitment tasks. Especially for 'one-person HR' or those managing recruitment with small teams, AI can be a 'partner to advance practical work' rather than a 'replacement for tasks.' In this study session, organizers and participants will explore practical applications together through trial and error. Features of This Initiative 1. A Continuous Learning Platform Accessible by Becoming a Member This study session is not a one-time event but a practical program held continuously for Personnel Library members. Participants can join on days they wish to learn, making it easy for busy recruiters to continue their participation.
2. AI Learning with Implementation in Mind, Not Just Understanding Participants will actually build an ATS using Claude Code. Since AI utilization can be learned as an extension of daily work, it is accessible even for those who are 'interested but hesitant due to perceived difficulty.'
3. A Community Environment to Deepen Learning and Connect to Practice Personnel Library is a place for learning and interaction for 'everyone facing people and organizational challenges.' Members connect both in-person and online, regularly sharing what they've learned and discussing practical work challenges. Additionally, with approximately 3,000 books available, participants can delve deeper into themes they wish to explore further, sparked by insights gained in the study sessions. Recommended For ・Those who want to try building an app with Claude ・Those who want to establish a management system even if their company cannot afford to introduce HR SaaS ・Those who want to automate or improve the efficiency of recruitment tasks even slightly ・Those who can try and experiment through self-study ・Those who are struggling as a one-person HR or part of a small recruitment team From the Facilitator (Community Manager Mαi) We will start by building an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), but we're unsure how long it will take. We want to brainstorm with everyone on what we can build afterward. We are also excited and a bit nervous about how the 'almost daily sessions' will unfold! We hope to make this a place where we can all have fun experimenting and apply our learnings to our recruitment practices.
