Trustyyle Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yosuke Yoshida) announces that due to the 'Management HR AI Professional Course' becoming fully booked at its operated community 'HR Library', it is adding additional dates for the 1st term and opening applications for the 2nd term. While AI implementation continues, there is an endless stream of ambiguous cases regarding whether actual productivity is increasing or if it is generating value for management. This course aims to train 'Management HR AI Professionals' who are well-versed in and can lead both their company's management HR and AI, looking ahead to operational efficiency, workflow reorganization, and organizational restructuring.

Background of the Course Offering
AI has evolved significantly and is making a huge impact on the management HR domain.
News is constant every day about realizing overwhelming productivity, one person delivering the performance of dozens, or staff reductions.

On the other hand, fundamentally driving AI utilization within one's own company is not easy.
Even if tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Claude are introduced and internal utilization is promoted, in many cases, it remains ambiguous whether productivity has truly improved or if higher value is being generated.

To envision the 'ideal state of the company' looking ahead not just to simple operational efficiency, but to workflow and organizational reorganization, and to create and execute a promotion plan for it, a 'Management HR AI Professional' who is well-versed in and leads the company's management HR and AI is essential.

Because all 50 seats were filled within about two weeks of the course announcement, we have added schedules for the 1st term and started recruiting for the 2nd term.
