Trustyyle Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Yosuke Yoshida), which operates 'Jinji Toshokan,' a community for HR-related professionals, will launch a new project, the 'Recruitment x AI Workshop ~Let's Create an ATS with Claude Code~,' as a new initiative of its new service 'Saiyo Toshokan,' which supports the practical work of recruitment professionals, starting April 6, 2026.

This workshop will be held online every Monday to Thursday during lunchtime as exclusive content for Jinji Toshokan members. It is designed to allow participants to continue learning at their own pace, according to their work and proficiency levels.

## Background and Purpose of the Event

In the recruitment field, there are many challenges such as 'tasks being individualized,' 'not knowing how other companies do things,' and 'lacking budget or a system to introduce tools.' 'Saiyo Toshokan' (※) provided by Jinji Toshokan was also launched as a practical support service to address these on-site challenges.

The 'Recruitment x AI Workshop,' which is starting this time, takes this philosophy a step further, aiming not just to 'know' AI, but to 'implement it in practice while interacting with it.'

In the first phase, participants will challenge themselves to create a minimal prototype of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using Claude Code. A minimal ATS prototype can be created in a short time, and by making adjustments afterward, it is possible to gradually add necessary functions for one's own company. Furthermore, applications to various areas of recruitment practice, such as creating scout messages, scheduling interviews, and automating/systematizing recruitment operations, are also envisioned.

Especially for 'solo HR' professionals or those in small teams facing recruitment, AI can become a 'partner that advances practical work' rather than 'something that replaces tasks.' In this workshop, organizers and participants will explore usable forms together through trial and error.

## Features of this Initiative

1. **A continuous learning environment accessible by becoming a member**
This workshop is not a one-time event but a practical program continuously held exclusively for Jinji Toshokan members. Participants can join on days they wish to learn, making it easy for busy recruitment professionals to continue.

2. **AI learning based on implementation, not just 'understanding'**
Participants will use Claude Code to actually build an ATS. Learning AI utilization in the context of practical work makes it accessible even for those who are 'interested but find it difficult to take the first step.'

3. **A community environment to deepen learning and connect to practical work**
Jinji Toshokan is a place for learning and exchange for 'all people facing human and organizational challenges.' Members connect both in-person and online, sharing what they've learned and consulting on practical issues on a daily basis. Furthermore, with approximately 3,000 books available, participants can delve deeper into themes that spark their interest, starting from insights gained in the workshop.
