He has provided recommendations to dozens of Japanese financial institutions regarding gap analysis of project management, cybersecurity, and business continuity planning (BCP) at major banks, regional banks, and securities firms, as well as addressing issues and improvement directions for risk management structures and resource allocation.

Leveraging his practical examination experience in management and profit control, he has led evaluation work across various fields, including IT strategy, governance construction tailored to business lines and front-office operations, and the sophistication of investment return management. He possesses deep expertise in risk management and governance evaluation, particularly in IT governance and security, which are essential for financial institutions.
