Trial Group's "Kohaku Honpo" Wins First "Deli Overall Grand Prix" at "FABEX Delicatessen & Bento Grand Prix 2026"

Kohaku Honpo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture; Representative Director: Masaharu Kitagawa; hereinafter referred to as "Kohaku Honpo"), a subsidiary of Trial Holdings, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has won the first "Deli Overall Grand Prix" at the "FABEX Delicatessen & Bento Grand Prix 2026." The "Deli Overall Grand Prix" is an award given to a single company selected from those that have won numerous particularly excellent products, with only one company chosen from all applicants nationwide.

Furthermore, "Yakitori Don & Pork Don" received both the Gold Award and the Judges' Special Award in the "Our Company's Proud Delicatessen & Bento Section." In addition, "Honey Sweet Potato Brulee" won the Gold Award in the "Deli, Bakery & Sweets Section," bringing the total number of awarded and recognized products to 11 across various categories, marking Kohaku Honpo's highest number of awards to date.

Kohaku Honpo collaborates with culinary experts and artisans from all fields to offer delicatessen items that leverage the recipes and ideas of "food professionals." Products developed with meticulous attention to detail, from ingredient selection to manufacturing methods, have been supported by many customers. The company has accumulated a track record of awards at the "FABEX Delicatessen & Bento Grand Prix," including "Abundant Egg Sandwich" in 2022 and "Bacon Egg Onigiri" in 2023.

This is a professional product contest held annually since 2010 as a special project of "FABEX," the comprehensive trade show for the delicatessen, deli, and ready-to-eat industry.
