About REMN REMN is a coined term derived from the English word "remnant," meaning trace or echo. While signifying "traces left from the past," it also incorporates the concept of "REM = Real Estate Metamorphosis." REMN represents a place where the memories of the past meet future transformation. The name embodies TRIAD's philosophy of "reconstructing the present while sensing the layers of time." Rare Material: "Travertino Blu" On the front wall of the atrium, the building uses "Travertino Blu," a rare natural stone quarried in Tivoli, Italy. A rare variant of travertine used in ancient Roman ruins, this material is extracted from a blue-gray stratum discovered in 2020. Installed continuously from the basement level B1 up to the third floor, it introduces a vertical axis of time into the building's architecture.

Luxurious Use of Natural Stone Throughout REMN AOYAMA—from basement to rooftop—Italian natural travertine stone is generously applied. Used extensively in common areas, staircases, and walls, the stone creates a space within the city that exudes weight, depth, and tranquility. As a symbolic feature, the rare "Travertino Blu" is used on the front wall of the atrium. This rare variant of Roman travertine, sourced from a blue-gray layer discovered in 2020, is installed continuously from B1 to the 3rd floor, expressing the architectural representation of geological strata and the layering of time.

Five Private Units The building comprises five private units: a B1 store (74.77m2), a 1F-A store (42.77m2), a 1F-B store (122.66m2), a 2F store (210.38m2), and a 3F residence (185.69m2). While all units are connected through the central courtyard, each floor presents a distinct character, creating unique and individualized spaces. The third-floor residence features a fireplace, underfloor heating, a private sauna, and a rooftop garden.
