We express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives in the earthquake that occurred in northwestern Venezuela on June 25 (Thu) (Japan time), and we sincerely sympathize with all those affected and their families. We pray for the swift recovery and reconstruction.
Rakuten Group, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Rakuten") has begun accepting donations for the "2026 Venezuela Earthquake Disaster Relief Fund" through its online donation service, "Rakuten Clutch Donation."
Donors can choose their preferred payment method from "Rakuten Points," "Rakuten Card," various credit cards with VISA and Mastercard brands, or cash transfer to a designated account at "Rakuten Bank" (Note 1) to make their donation.
All donations received will be fully contributed to support the victims of this disaster. The recipient organization will be announced on the special website once it is decided. The donation period is scheduled to be from July 2, 2026 (Thu) to August 28, 2026 (Fri) (Note 2).
Rakuten will continue to engage in various support activities, including fundraising.
(Note 1) Cash transfers to designated accounts at "Rakuten Bank" are scheduled to begin accepting donations soon.

Donations can be made 24 hours a day using a "Rakuten Bank" account. Customers who do not have a "Rakuten Bank" account can also directly transfer donations to the designated account. Donations are accepted starting from 1 yen.
