Rakuten Group, Inc. (hereinafter "Rakuten") has started accepting donations for the "Reiwa 8 Southern Philippines Mindanao Earthquake Relief Fund" through its internet donation platform, "Rakuten Clutch Donation".

Donors can choose from a variety of convenient payment methods, including "Rakuten Points", "Rakuten Card" and various VISA and Mastercard brand credit cards, as well as cash transfers to designated "Rakuten Bank" accounts (Note 1).

All donations received will be donated in full for the purpose of supporting the victims of this disaster. The recipient organizations will be announced on the special website as soon as they are decided. The acceptance period is scheduled from Thursday, June 11, 2026, to Friday, August 28, 2026 (Note 2).

Rakuten will continue to engage in various support activities, including fundraising, in the future.
