Nen Global Inc., headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, represented by Ta Viet Phong, will hold a limited-time collaboration event with Sanwa Shurui Co., Ltd., based in Oita Prefecture. The 'Sanwa Shurui Co., Ltd. x Nén Tokyo Collaboration' will run from Sunday, April 26, 2026, to Saturday, May 9, 2026. The event will be held at Nén Tokyo, located on the 4th floor of Chacott Daikanyama Main Store, 14-18 Daikanyamacho, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. The collaboration will feature a specially reconfigured 'Sto:ry Menu,' which is also offered at Nén's main restaurant in Vietnam, using carefully selected seasonal ingredients directly from Oita Prefecture, such as 'Oita Wagyu' and kabosu. This menu will be paired with Sanwa Shurui's alcoholic beverages, including the authentic shochu 'Iichiko,' 'Ajimu Wine,' and 'Wakabotan.' The background for this collaboration is the Nén team's strong connection to Oita Prefecture; many core members, including Chef Summer Le, are graduates of Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University (APU) in Oita. The event offers a full course (9 dishes) for 21,000 JPY and a short course (6 dishes) for 16,000 JPY. Alcohol pairings are available for 8,800 JPY (full course) and 7,200 JPY (short course). All prices include tax but exclude service charges. A limited-time offer provides a 20% discount on alcohol pairings during the collaboration period. Sanwa Shurui Co., Ltd. is a prominent shochu manufacturer in Oita Prefecture, known for 'Iichiko,' and also engages in wine production in Ajimu. Nén Tokyo, a modern Vietnamese restaurant, opened in Daikanyama on September 2, 2025, embodying the 'Consciously Vietnamese' philosophy from its Da Nang counterpart by integrating Japanese ingredients and sensibilities. The interior design was handled by Mirai House, led by Lê Phong Nguyên.
