Rihga Royal Hotel Hiroshima's "Restaurant Chambord" will offer the second part of Chef Rei Watabe's inauguration commemorative menu from June 16 to August 16, 2026. Chef Watabe, who previously served as head chef at the Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai state guest house, personally visited producers across Hiroshima to select local ingredients. The special menus, "Prisme" and "Inachevé," feature exquisite French dishes utilizing local specialties such as Higashi-Hiroshima Koi Jidori chicken and Utsumi Shiokaze pork, beautifully combining Hiroshima's terroir with French culinary techniques.
