The most popular "Ryu's Gomoku Cold Noodles" is a dish where 15 ingredients, mainly seafood such as shrimp, scallops, salmon roe, and squid, are harmoniously balanced with smooth, easy-to-eat noodles and a soy-based sauce infused with Dong Ding Oolong tea. Furthermore, the "Bang Bang Chicken Cold Noodles" features a mellow sesame-based sweet sauce that enhances the flavor of tender steamed chicken. A key highlight is the ability to adjust the spiciness with the accompanying homemade chili oil. Three new menus will be introduced monthly: Chilled Dandan Noodles, Tsukemen-style Mala Cold Noodles, and Jajangmyeon. "Chilled Dandan Noodles" is a rich dish with sesame and white miso, accented by the texture of fried garlic, fried green onions, and cashews.
