Royal Hotel, Ltd. (Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Fumi-ichi Ueda) will open "ANCHORED by RIHGA OSAKA NAMBA," a new brand hotel under its RIHGA Royal Hotels banner, on Friday, April 3, 2026, following development by Tokyu Land Corporation (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Hiroaki Hoshino). The hotel's concept is "PLAYFUL OSAKA." Starting with a dynamic mural in the lobby depicting the "Phoenix," considered a herald of good fortune, the hotel provides a memorable "PLAYFUL" stay experience through art that captures the energetic atmosphere of the Namba and Shinsekai areas, combined with warm and approachable service. The new hotel is ideally located within walking distance of "Shinsekai," known for the Tsutenkaku Tower; "Ura-Namba," a melting pot of food culture; and "Ota-Road," a mecca for subculture.
