About "Karuizawa Ohga Hall CLASSICS" Karuizawa Ohga Hall was donated to Karuizawa Town in 2004 by the late Norio Ohga, former Honorary Chairman of Sony Corporation, and opened in 2005. Since then, as a strategic point for Karuizawa's musical culture, world-class musicians and enthusiasts have visited this hall to enjoy the joy of music. Karuizawa Ohga Hall CLASSICS is a musical gift held annually from summer to autumn with a special program, chaired by his wife, Midori Ohga, who inherited Mr. Ohga's legacy. The performances in August 2026 will be a double feature of jazz and classical music.
