Toyota Mobility Foundation Collaborates with Hotai Chunching Social Welfare Foundation to Launch Programs for Enhancing Elderly Mobility and Child Traffic Safety Education in Taiwan

Toyota Mobility Foundation (Chairman: Akio Toyoda, hereinafter "TMF") and Hotai Chunching Social Welfare Foundation (Chairman: Huang Nan-Guang) have agreed to collaborate on programs to enhance mobility convenience for the elderly and provide traffic safety education for children in Taiwan. Learning from Hotai Chunching Social Welfare Foundation's local experience, TMF will address the common challenges of improving elderly mobility and child traffic safety education through a program titled "MOBILITY FOR ALL-Aged, children, love-", undertaking the following activities: 1. **Enhancing Mobility Convenience for the Elderly — Making elderly mobility gentler and more accessible —** Aims to lower digital barriers and enable the elderly to go out with peace of mind. To achieve this, intuitive and simple tools will be introduced, along with comprehensive support. * **Say to Go:** A voice dispatch system that allows users to book rides by speaking their destination. * **Snap to Go:** An image dispatch system that arranges pick-ups based on photo information of addresses or house numbers. * **Connect to Go:** A community mutual assistance platform that connects seniors, social workers, volunteers, drivers, and local organizations to support ride dispatch. 2. **Expanding Child Traffic Safety Education — Making traffic safety a daily habit for children —** As an initiative to protect the next generation, traffic safety education will be rolled out from May this year in the form of school touring performances. Through colorful and interactive stage plays by the Apple Theater Group (※), children will learn traffic rules in an enjoyable and natural way, aiming to make it a daily habit for self-protection. ※ Apple Theater Group: A Taiwanese performing arts group for children (with a track record of collaboration with local governments and schools) April 2026 to December 2027 Hotai Motor will support the operation of the program.
