Toyoko Inn Co., Ltd. will continue its support (second term) for the next three years, starting in fiscal year 2026, for the support projects for free schools and similar institutions promoted by Gunma Prefecture. Gunma Prefecture is working to enhance learning support for students who are not attending school (truancy) and to promote the creation of safe spaces for children. Furthermore, the prefecture is taking on the challenge of building a model for diverse learning, viewing free schools as "new places of learning where unique children with the potential to lead Japan's future can grow." Our company agrees with the purpose of these initiatives by Gunma Prefecture and has decided to continue our support. We view free schools as "important places of learning where unique children who will carry the future of Japan can grow," and we are committed to supporting the growth of these children while growing alongside the local community. ■ Overview of Support 1. Financial Support (Donation) Utilizing the "Corporate Hometown Tax Donation" program, we will continue to provide financial backing for the operation of free schools and similar institutions for three years starting from fiscal year 2026, following the first term (FY2023–2025). 2. "Personnel Dispatch" Leveraging Hotel Management Know-How We will dispatch former hotel managers who have been active on the front lines of hotel management as specialized personnel. They will share their expertise in facility management and organizational operations to help strengthen the management foundations of these free schools. 3. "Experience Programs" to Expand Children's Potential Through Toyoko Inn's unique social contribution activities, we provide children with opportunities for diverse social experiences. [Main Support during the 1st Term (FY2023–2025)] ・First Business Trip Experience: Hands-on workshops promoting independence, from creating travel plans to execution. ・Work Experience: Opportunities to learn about how society functions through hotel work. ・1 Million People Classical Live: Aesthetic education through exposure to world-class music. As a member of the local community, we will continue to contribute to creating an environment where children can carve out their own futures in their own way. ■ Features of Toyoko INN A Base Hotel with a Nationwide Network We have the largest number of guest rooms in Japan.
