Toyo Corporation to Exhibit at "2nd [Kansai] Smart Factory Expo," Showcasing Latest Technologies for Manufacturing DX

Toyo Corporation (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Toshiya Kono; hereinafter "Toyo Corporation") will exhibit at the "2nd [Kansai] Smart Factory Expo - Manufacturing Innovation Exhibition by IoT/AI/FA -" to be held at Intex Osaka for three days from May 13 (Wednesday).

This exhibition brings together the latest technologies for realizing smart factories, such as remote monitoring/predictive maintenance/visualization solutions using IoT/AI, digital twins, FA/robots, and production management systems, all aimed at achieving production/manufacturing DX and AI integration. (Booth number: K46-5 / Hall 6A)

At this exhibition, Toyo Corporation will propose solutions that effectively perform machine equipment condition monitoring and predictive maintenance through vibration and oil analysis, leading to the promotion of DX for customers. They will exhibit a wireless sensor system capable of high-sampling frequency data measurement while being small and lightweight, and equipment that can measure particles (wear debris) in lubricating oil online. Live demonstrations will also be available.

● Wireless Sensor System (manufactured by Broadsens)

This is a predictive maintenance solution that wirelessly measures various data such as vibration and temperature with high precision. It can acquire and transfer acceleration data at a high sampling frequency of up to 25.6kHz, and supports real-time FFT analysis*1 using edge computing (technology for processing data on-site). By simply attaching a wireless sensor to the target object, equipment visualization can be achieved.

● Oil Particle Counter "PI-1000" (manufactured by Toyo Corporation)

This device measures the size and quantity of wear debris contained in lubricating oil used in machine equipment and durability testing machines for parts, and monitors signs of abnormalities in gears and bearings. It can measure the number of particles for each particle size from 5 to 150µm at a micron level, enabling condition monitoring even before abnormalities such as vibration become apparent. In addition to adopting the proven laser light obscuration method, it incorporates a unique deaeration device and oil pump, enabling stable, long-term unmanned measurement.
