[Main Exhibits] ● Plug-and-Play 4ch FFT Analyzer This is an ultra-compact, high-performance 4ch FFT analyzer that connects to a PC via a single USB cable, enabling both data communication and power supply simultaneously. By using the dedicated analysis software 'NVGate,' FFT analysis*1 can be started immediately after connection. It streamlines sound and vibration measurement on-site, contributing to shorter development and manufacturing cycles. *1 A method for analyzing vibration and noise in detail by frequency.

● Condition Monitoring DX Tool This is a monitoring tool that allows for easy digital transformation (DX) of equipment condition monitoring by combining 'DigiDaq,' a compact measurement device that can be used simply by connecting it to a PC's USB port, with the analysis software 'imc STUDIO.' By connecting to various sensors such as accelerometers and microphones, changes in vibration and sound can be easily visualized, contributing to more efficient equipment maintenance and early anomaly detection.

● All-in-One Motor Torque Test Bench This is an all-in-one motor torque test bench system standard-equipped with a torque meter, load brake, load control/measurement software, and a full set of bench jigs necessary for motor performance evaluation. Developed as the 'TSB Series,' it supports a wide range of measurements such as T-N characteristics (torque-speed characteristics), T-I characteristics (torque-current characteristics), and motor efficiency evaluation, and can be used for various purposes from initial motor development evaluation to shipping inspections.

● EMC Evaluation Efficiency Solution This solution supports the efficiency of EMC testing by combining the latest EMI receiver 'PXE' with Toyo Corporation's EMI measurement software 'EPX.' The advanced time-domain scan function equipped in the 'PXE' enables 1GHz wideband FFT measurement. Furthermore, gapless measurement, which constantly observes the entire band, detects even complex noise without missing it. This allows anyone to easily perform compliance testing.

● Oil Particle Counter This device measures the size and quantity of wear particles contained in lubricating oil used in mechanical equipment and durability testers for parts, monitoring signs of abnormalities in gears, bearings, etc. It can measure the number of particles for each particle size from 5 to 150µm at the micron level, enabling condition monitoring from a stage before abnormalities such as vibration become apparent. In addition to adopting the proven laser light obscuration method, it features a unique built-in degassing device and oil pump, enabling stable, long-term unmanned measurement.
