Town Kitchen to Take Over MLPM Operations for Nesting Park Kurokawa

Town Kitchen Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koganei City, Tokyo; CEO: Tomoichiro Kitaike), a company engaged in community development through startup support, primarily in the suburbs of Tokyo, will assume the master lease and property management (MLPM) operations for the entire "Nesting Park Kurokawa" facility (Asao-ku, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture) starting April 2026. The facility is a complex centered around a shared office established by Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. Town Kitchen will take over these operations from Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., transitioning to an integrated system that handles leasing, facility management, and area revitalization.

Suburban Hub Established to Enhance Railway Line Value Enters a New Phase

Nesting Park Kurokawa is a hub established by Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. in front of Kurokawa Station on the Odakyu Tama Line to enhance the value of its railway line areas. As a complex combining shared offices and small-scale shops, it was developed to propose a new suburban lifestyle that merges "working, playing, and living." In the Kurokawa area, where a traditional rural landscape remains, it has been operated as a hub for local people and businesses to gather. Our company has been involved in the facility's planning from its pre-opening stage, working to create a space for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Now, in its seventh year, the relationships among the facility's users and local residents have matured, signaling a time to advance to the next phase. It is under these circumstances that we will be taking over the master lease and property management (MLPM) operations for the entire facility from Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd.
