Town Kitchen to Take Over MLPM Operations for Nesting Park Kurokawa

Town Kitchen Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koganei City, Tokyo; CEO: Tomoichiro Kitaike), which focuses on community development through startup support primarily in the suburbs of Tokyo, will assume the master lease and property management (MLPM) operations for the entire "Nesting Park Kurokawa" complex (Asao Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture) starting April 2026. The facility is a multi-use complex centered around a shared office space established by Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd. Town Kitchen will take over these responsibilities from Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd., transitioning to an integrated management system that handles leasing, facility operations, and area revitalization.

Suburban Hub Established to Enhance Railway Line Value Enters a New Phase

Nesting Park Kurokawa was established by Odakyu Electric Railway in front of Kurokawa Station on the Odakyu Tama Line with the goal of increasing the value of the surrounding area. As a complex combining shared offices and small-scale shops, it was developed to propose a new suburban lifestyle that merges "working, playing, and living." Located in the Kurokawa area, which retains its traditional satoyama (rural landscape) scenery, it has operated as a gathering hub for local residents and businesses. Our company has been involved in the facility's planning since the pre-opening stage, working to create a space for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Now, entering its seventh year, the relationships between the facility's businesses and the local community have matured, signaling a time to move to the next phase. Amidst this, we will be taking over the master lease and property management (MLPM) operations for the entire facility from Odakyu Real Estate Co., Ltd.
