A person who previously had a domicile in Iizuna Town and renovates a house where their parents or guardians currently reside, with the aim of relocating and settling in Iizuna Town again. 2. A person who does not have a domicile in the town or who has not had a domicile in the town for more than one year at the time of the application for grant specified in Article 7 (excluding the period of residence in rental housing in the town), and who has a domicile in the subsidized housing at the time of the performance report specified in Article 11. 3. A person who has resided outside the town for five years or more, or who had resided outside the town for five years or more before having a domicile in the town. 4. The subsidized person and those belonging to the same household (hereinafter referred to as 'subsidized persons, etc.') must not be delinquent in taxes and fees levied by Iizuna Town. 5. The subsidized persons, etc. must not be a gangster or a member of a gangster organization as stipulated in the Iizuna Town Gangster Exclusion Ordinance (Iizuna Town Ordinance No. 21 of 2011), or a person who has a close relationship with a gangster organization. 6. New installation or renovation of electricity (voltage increase), water and sewage facilities, new installation or replacement of water heaters. 5. Other expenses deemed appropriate. The following expenses are not eligible for the subsidy: 1. Installation of combined septic tanks, beneficiary charges and joining fees related to water and sewage facility construction. 2. New construction, purchase of home appliances and furniture. 3. New installation or renovation of gates, fences, gardens (garden trees), sunrooms, garages, warehouses, and annexes, installation of solar power generation equipment, and other expenses not directly necessary for living.
