1. Purchase Trends
Data from this period shows that many visitors gathered on weekends and holidays, leading to purchases. March 28 (Saturday) and 29 (Sunday) saw the highest number of visitors and recorded high achievements in both sales and transaction volume. This trend of increased attendance on weekends continued into April, yielding positive results that can be utilized for future event planning and arena operations.
A digital stamp rally themed around the Kobe Storks' team color GREEN was also held, involving bar hopping within Kobe city, contributing to improved navigation around the city from the arena.
2. Navigability Trends
The digital stamp rally via the app showed a trend of increased movement within the Sannomiya to Kobe waterfront area. Utilizing such data, we will develop plans and measures to further improve visitor flow and address challenges in area marketing.
3. Effect of Kobe Storks' New Arena
The Kobe Storks held all their home games during the period at the new arena, including the final game of the regular season. The final attendance recorded was 5,874, doubling last season's figure.
