Rather than discarding leather that could not be used for shoes, the project reintroduces it back into the craft. Re:Leather is an effort to give new purpose to the offcuts that inevitably remain when maintaining shoemaking quality.

As the first release, 'Re:Leather - Mini Drawstring Necklace' and 'Re:Leather - Marche Bag' have been available on the SWAAN4RLBERG official online store since May 15, 2026.

It aims to grant these materials a new role as small leather goods, utilizing the unique colors, textures, and character of the leather. This vision is why the initiative was named 'Re:Leather.'

The brand plans to continue releasing products irregularly, taking advantage of the unique character of the offcuts produced in the workshop.
