Meitetsu Group x Gekidan Shiki Special Project

Meitetsu Group, including Nagoya Railroad, will implement various joint initiatives centered around Jingumae Station, the closest station to the new dedicated theater 'MTG Nagoya Shiki Theater [Atsuta]' by Gekidan Shiki, to commemorate the opening of the musical 'The Phantom of the Opera' on July 5.

These initiatives will leverage the strengths of the Meitetsu Group, which includes railways, commercial facilities, and hotels, to offer a variety of content that can be enjoyed before and after attending the performance.

Details are as follows:

1. Musical 'The Phantom of the Opera' Overlapping Stamp Rally

A stamp rally will be held where participants can overlap stamps placed at various locations, including Jingumae Station, to bring the world of the musical 'The Phantom of the Opera' to life. Completed stamp cards can be taken home as a memento of your viewing experience.

3. Large-scale Interior Decorations at 'μ PLAT Jingumae'

'μPLAT Jingumae', a commercial facility directly connected to Jingumae Station, will feature interior decorations to celebrate the theater's opening. Decorations such as a large 3.5m x 3.5m tapestry will be displayed, serving as a photo spot for visitors to take commemorative photos before and after the performance.

5. Operation of 'The Phantom of the Opera' Musical Wrapping Train

To widely promote the theater's relocation and the Nagoya performance of 'The Phantom of the Opera' to the local community, Gekidan Shiki and Nagoya Railroad will collaborate to operate a wrapping train featuring the world of the performance on its exterior.
