Operating the "Chunichi Dragons Cheering Taxi 2nd Edition"

Nagoya Railroad, together with Meitetsu Taxi Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nakagawa-ku, Nagoya; President: Takeo Asano; hereinafter "Meitetsu Taxi Holdings"), will operate the "Chunichi Dragons Cheering Taxi 2nd Edition" starting March 31.

This project is implemented as part of the initiatives based on the official partner agreement concluded by Nagoya Railroad with the professional baseball team "Chunichi Dragons" on March 1, 2025.

Details are as follows.

1. Background of Implementation

As an official partner of the Chunichi Dragons, our company, including the Meitetsu Group, aims to provide value to local residents through baseball that connects "surprise" to "emotion" and "admiration." Under the statement "Bringing emotion to the home turf," as part of our measures to invigorate the Chunichi Dragons and the local community, we operated the "Chunichi Dragons Cheering Taxi" from August 2025 to the end of January 2026, receiving a great response from many local residents.

This year, we will increase the cheering momentum of the local community by operating newly wrapped vehicles in conjunction with the start of the season.

2. Operation of the "Chunichi Dragons Cheering Taxi 2nd Edition"

This year, we will operate two types of wrapped vehicles, blue and pink, in conjunction with the opening game at Vantelin Dome Nagoya.

・Blue Vehicle

It adopts a design linked with the emblem of the "DOALA TRAIN" operated by our company.

・Pink Vehicle

Featuring Doala doing cheer dance as a motif, it expresses the desire of the community to unite and cheer for the Chunichi Dragons.

Nagoya City, suburbs of Ichinomiya City, and suburbs of Toyohashi City

* For the suburbs of Toyohashi City (Toyotetsu Taxi), it is scheduled for mid-April onward.

5 companies (Meitetsu Kotsu Daiichi Co., Ltd., Meitetsu Kotsu Daishi Co., Ltd., Meitetsu Nagoya Taxi Co., Ltd., Meitetsu Seibu Kotsu Co., Ltd., Toyotetsu Taxi Co., Ltd.)

Will operate wearing Chunichi Dragons uniforms

Reservations can be made by phone

* Reservations are possible until 17:00 the day before the desired ride date.

* A vehicle designation dispatch fee of 1,000 yen is required separately per vehicle per ride.

* 4 blue vehicles, 1 pink vehicle, total of 5 vehicles
