[Tochigi] Mashiko Spring Pottery Fair (Tsukamoto) One of Japan's largest pottery fairs with about 700 tents and 400,000 annual visitors. A pop-up for Lisa Larson and Marianne Hallberg will be held at 'Tsukamoto Honkan'. Dates: April 29 (Wed, Holiday) – May 18 (Mon), 2026 *Mashiko Pottery Fair itself ends May 6. About Lisa Larson (1931-2024): Born in southern Sweden. Joined Gustavsberg at the invitation of Stig Lindberg and became a core designer. Collaborated with Tonkachi (Japan) since the 2000s, sparking a global resurgence. Awarded a government medal in 2022 for her contributions to Swedish art. Passed away on March 11, 2024.
