Tomoyasu Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Yao City, Osaka Prefecture), which manufactures and sells interior and DIY products, announces that it will welcome Kyuhouji Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd. and Tomokosha Co., Ltd. into its group through M&A as of June 30, 2026.
Background - Integration of Three Companies with Common Roots
The two companies joining the group were originally one company with us. In the founder's era, the three companies operated as "Tomoyasu Seisakusho" as a single entity, and each became independent about 30 years ago. The two companies then embarked on their respective paths as the new Kyuhouji Denka Kogyo Co., Ltd. and Tomokosha Co., Ltd.
We have decided to integrate the three companies with the aim of passing on the technologies cultivated by both companies over many years, and the solid assets that have supported local manufacturing, to the next generation and continuing them into the future without interruption. We also aim to once again realize "manufacturing that handles everything from planning to production."

Both companies possess specialized technologies, including plating, and solid technological assets cultivated over many years. Furthermore, both companies are located in close proximity, only about 100m from our company, in an environment that allows for close cooperation.

Our company is engaged in a business that enhances the value of manufacturing by developing products made by our own hands and selling them by our own hands, centered around our own brand "by TOMOYASU S.S.".
