Manufacturing Companies and Startups: Unlocking Their Leap Potential. upCRAFT OSAKA 2026 Launches.

Tomoyasu Seisakusho Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yao City, Osaka Prefecture; President and CEO: Keisoku Tomoyasu; hereinafter "the company"), which sells interior, exterior, and DIY products and provides space production services, will participate as a supporting company in 'upCRAFT OSAKA,' a program launched by Osaka Prefecture to support new value creation for manufacturing SMEs through collaboration and co-creation with startups. The company will support the promotion of a symposium to be held on Monday, July 6, 2026, as the kickoff event of this program (organized by Osaka Prefecture, managed by Dentsu Inc., with cooperation from the company and Plug and Play Japan Inc.). What new ventures are emerging at the forefront of 'manufacturing companies × startups,' and what innovations arise when a company's technology meets unknown technologies? This symposium, offering a firsthand experience of a new era of innovation, will be conducted in a hybrid format combining an in-person venue (Open Innovation Biotope "bee" in Osaka City) and online streaming.

About 'upCRAFT OSAKA'

'upCRAFT OSAKA' is a program operated based on Osaka Prefecture's 'Fiscal Year 2026 Initiative to Promote Collaboration between Manufacturing SMEs and Startups.' It creates a platform for manufacturing SMEs within Osaka Prefecture and startups nationwide to deepen mutual understanding, exchange ideas, and initiate collaboration and co-creation.

How can the technology, ideas, and speed of startups be combined to create new value in manufacturing and in business itself? Through events, community building, matchmaking, and information dissemination, 'upCRAFT OSAKA' explores these possibilities and connects them to actionable next steps.
