Tomozu Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo, President: Shinji Kakuya, hereinafter Tomozu) will hold a free event themed on beauty, sleep, and health at "Neritaka Room," a community space within the Tomozu Nerima-Takanodai pharmacy, located a 1-minute walk from Nerima-Takanodai Station on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line. 1. Sleep Seminar to Harmonize Your Summer Mind and Body

Date: July 7 (Tue) 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Lecturer: Tomozu Nerima-Takanodai Store, Registered Dietitian & Sleep Health Advisor

Content: Learn about good sleep habits for comfortably spending the hot season.

We will also conduct simple "easy relaxation exercises for sleep" while seated.

Target Audience: Everyone is welcome, regardless of age or gender!
