Garden Kitchen "Caramelo" (LBF) at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, General Manager: Shinichi Yoshioka) will be holding the "Caramelo Curry Buffet 2026" from Saturday, August 8, 2026, to Tuesday, August 11, 2026 (public holiday), and on Saturday, August 15, 2026, and Sunday, August 16, 2026. We will offer a total of 7 types of curry, including the newly introduced "Summer Vegetable Soup Curry" made with colorful summer vegetables, and "Hamburg Curry" available fresh from our live kitchen. "Curry Buffet," which colors Caramelo's summer every year. This year, we will offer 7 distinct types of curry.

Among them, we recommend the "Summer Vegetable Soup Curry," appearing for the first time this year. This dish is perfect for summer, harmonizing the aroma of spices with the umami of colorful summer vegetables such as tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, and corn. Furthermore, at our live kitchen, we will serve freshly prepared "Hamburg Curry," which combines juicy hamburg steak, fragrantly grilled on a teppan, with a tomato-based curry. You can savor the luxurious taste that enhances the meat's umami and the aroma unique to freshly cooked dishes.

It's also a highlight to create your own original curry by adding toppings such as "Pork Cutlet," "Grilled Chicken," and "Onsen Tamago" (soft-boiled egg). Why not try comparing the different flavors of "Butter Chicken Curry," "Shrimp Curry," and "Green Curry" to find your favorite dish?
