Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel to Host Special Nikka Whisky Fair in July Featuring Limited Editions and Expert Events

The Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (Shibuya, Tokyo) will hold a special fair at its Towers Bar 'Bellovisto' (40F) from Wednesday, July 1, to Friday, July 31, 2026, allowing guests to fully enjoy the allure of Nikka Whisky.

During the fair, a variety of programs will be offered, including a tasting set featuring the 2026 limited-edition bottle 'Taketsuru Pure Malt Essentials 2026,' original cocktails, a dinner course with free-flowing drinks, a one-night-only special event with a senior blender and whisky ambassador from Nikka Whisky, and a cocktail day with a guest bartender from a popular bar in Yoichi, Hokkaido.

As a special menu for this fair, a tasting set allowing comparison of three of Nikka Whisky's signature brands will be available. Guests can savor the charms of unique malts from the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries, including the 'Taketsuru Pure Malt Essentials 2026.'

Other offerings include original Bellovisto cocktails based on Taketsuru Pure Malt and a dinner course with free-flowing drinks to enjoy pairings with whisky. Guests can experience a fine marriage of aromas and flavors from Nikka Whisky alongside the chef's recommended dishes.

Furthermore, on Thursday, July 2, a one-night-only special event, 'Nikka Whisky Taketsuru Essentials NIGHT,' will be held, featuring Senior Blender Ms. Yumi Ozaki and Whisky Ambassador Mr. Tomoyuki Haga from Nikka Whisky. This is a special opportunity to feel closer to the profound world of Nikka Whisky through a tasting of four varieties. On Tuesday, July 14, Mr. Masato Ishioka from the popular bar 'Yozora' near the Yoichi Distillery will be invited for 'Nikka Whisky Cocktail NIGHT,' where the Japan champion bartender will serve original cocktails exclusively for the day.

Guests are invited to enjoy a special, July-only experience, touching upon the tradition and innovation of Nikka Whisky and the spirit of whisky-making pursued by founder Masataka Taketsuru, all while gazing at the Shibuya nightscape from a sophisticated space.
