Toyama Excel Hotel Tokyu (Toyama City, General Manager: Hiroaki Hyodo) will hold a one-day market, 'Nanto Connecting Marche in Toyama Excel Hotel Tokyu,' in collaboration with the Nanto City Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team on June 7, 2026. Additionally, on July 10, 2026, the hotel will host a one-night-only special dinner event titled 'TOYAMA MATERIAL Dinner Vol. 4: Blessings from Nanto, the Land of Dotoku.' The theme for this fourth event is Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture, continuing from last year. Located in the inland part of Toyama, Nanto is known for its seasonal mountain scenery and rich ingredients nurtured by its climate. It is also famous for traditional crafts like Inami woodcarving and Gokayama washi paper, where unique culture and human activities still thrive. Last year's dinner event received high praise from many customers who felt they had 'rediscovered the charm of Nanto City.' In response, this year's event will be more in-depth, offering a multi-faceted experience of Nanto's appeal. Prior to the dinner in July, the market on June 7 will feature fresh agricultural products and specialties that can only be found locally, with the cooperation of farmers who will provide ingredients for the dinner and the Nanto City Regional Revitalization Cooperation Team.
