The Garden Kitchen "Caramelo" (LBF) at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; General Manager: Shinichi Yoshioka) will host a special buffet, "Golden Week Buffet 2026," from May 2 (Sat) to May 6 (Wed/Holiday), 2026, for the whole family to enjoy. Garden Kitchen "Caramelo" is an all-day dining restaurant themed around "delicious food, anytime, casually." It offers authentic Italian cuisine carefully prepared by chefs, as well as a diverse menu of Western and Japanese dishes, all served with the warm hospitality unique to a hotel.

For the "Golden Week Buffet 2026," we have prepared a variety of dishes that families and friends of all ages can enjoy together.

In the live kitchen corner, we will serve "Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes," made from carefully selected beef that has been slow-cooked to maximize its flavor. The exquisite heat control results in a high-quality dish with a moist texture and a deep, juicy flavor.

Additionally, the "Pizza Capricciosa," characterized by its Roman-style thin crust, is a dish that harmonizes the rich flavor of carefully selected ingredients and cheese with a light texture. We will also offer freshly prepared dishes such as "Chef's Recommended Pasta" and "Acqua Pazza in a Film."
