The star of this buffet is the freshly grilled "Sirloin Steak" served from the live kitchen. One plate will be provided per person. You can enjoy the chef's performance as they grill it right before your eyes, with the sizzling sounds and savory aroma engaging all five senses. It is finished crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, served with a sauce that enhances the natural flavor of the meat.

Furthermore, at the live kitchen, crispy fried shrimp and vegetable tempura are served freshly fried. The buffet counter offers over 35 kinds of dishes, including meat and fish dishes, two types of special hotel curry, stewed dishes, fried foods, steamed dishes, noodle dishes, salads, pizza, and desserts. We have a colorful array of appetizers and amuse-bouches served in glasses, making them visually appealing.

The name "MOSORO" comes from a passage in the Izumo Fudoki (Ancient Records of Izumo Province) myth of Kunibiki (land-pulling): "The land pulled and sewn together, slowly and gently, like a river boat, 'Come, land, come!'..." "Mosoro mosoro" is a word that describes a quiet, gentle progression.
