Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, and Tokyu Sports Systems Inc. Conclude Partnership Agreement

Tokyu Sports Systems Inc. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Yuhho Sato; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and Aoba Ward, Yokohama City (Ward Mayor: Takao Nakajima; hereinafter referred to as "Aoba Ward") concluded the "Partnership Agreement on Regional Promotion through Sports and Health Promotion for the Elderly between Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, and Tokyu Sports Systems Inc." (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

The purpose of this Agreement is to strengthen the mutual cooperation between Aoba Ward and the Company, and through initiatives such as creating opportunities for exercise and learning for children and child-rearing generations, revitalizing the community through sports, promoting the health of the elderly, preventing frailty and the need for long-term care, encouraging social participation among the elderly, supporting people with disabilities, and improving regional disaster prevention and crime prevention, to contribute to regional revitalization and health promotion for all generations.

Within Aoba Ward, the Company operates facilities such as Tokyu S Reyes FC, Tokyu Swimming School Azamino, Tokyu Azamino Golf Garden, Tokyu Azamino Tennis Garden, and TSS Kids Academy Azamino, and has been working to support the health and development of a wide range of generations, from children to the elderly, through sports and exercise programs including football, swimming, golf, and tennis. Furthermore, the Company advocates the "WELLNESS LINE Declaration," aiming to broaden the concept of sports and health and become a lifeline for people to live better lives with healthy minds and bodies. Moving forward, based on this Agreement, the Company will work in cooperation with Aoba Ward to create opportunities for exercise and learning for children and child-rearing generations, revitalize the community through sports, promote the prevention of frailty and the need for long-term care and social participation among the elderly, support individuals with disabilities, and advance initiatives related to regional crime and disaster prevention.
