Guests can enjoy wine tastings in a serene forest setting, surrounded by fresh highland air and the warmth of natural wood, as passionate winemakers from the Yatsugatake West Slope Wine Valley share their stories and unique wines.

The event will be held at 'Glamorous Dining Tateshina,' a forest-encircled restaurant within Tokyu Resort Town Tateshina, offering a special opportunity to taste wines from the Yatsugatake West Slope Wine Valley. On the day, winemakers from across the region will gather to share their winemaking philosophies, passions, and craftsmanship, allowing guests to sample a diverse range of wines through a ticket-based tasting system.

Many small-scale wineries that typically do not offer tours or tastings will be in attendance, making this a rare chance to interact directly with producers and select wines based on authentic, firsthand insights. In addition, gourmet pairings will be available, including cured ham from 'Yatsugatake Trovar,' which uses the region’s favorable climate for artisanal production, as well as game dishes made with highland vegetables, cheeses, and other local delicacies—perfect complements to the wines.
