At the 'TENJIN' All-Day Dining, the 'Summer Afternoon Tea - Aone' will make its appearance. You can enjoy a diverse expression of looks, aromas, and tastes of gently sweet white peaches and juicy tropical fruits through items like the white peach mousse 'White Peach Groseille', the 'Straw Hat ~Passion Mango~' representing a summer icon with sable and mousse, the fresh 'Pineapple Tart', and the 'Baba Peach Melba' with a pleasantly spreading refreshing sweet-sourness. Furthermore, for lunch and dinner, we have prepared seasonal menus taking advantage of summer ingredients, such as the main dish 'Lamb Artichoke Chorizo' enjoying the mellow aroma of girolle mushrooms and artichokes, and the dessert 'White Peach Red Shiso Bergamot' luxuriously using half a domestic peach marinated in bergamot syrup.

At the 'TENJIN' The Bar, we will prepare cocktails and mocktails with a refreshing finish, fragrant with the essence of Japanese Kyoto. A highly individual cup will elegantly direct your summer night, such as the 'Kamo Tomato Bloody Mary' using Kamo vegetable 'Kamo Tomato' and Kyoto dry gin, the savory cocktail 'UMAMI SOUR' adding Kanazawa black mirin to Kyoto sake, and the mocktail 'Sober Curious Highball' made by steeping herb green tea from Kyoto 'Tsubakido' in non-alcoholic gin for two days and mixing it with soda.

You can enjoy gently sweet white peaches and juicy tropical fruits, including the 'White Peach Groseille', a white peach mousse styled like a cute round peach; 'Straw Hat ~Passion Mango~', expressing the summer icon straw hat with mousse and sable; 'Watermelon', a playful mousse like a miniature watermelon; the fresh 'Pineapple Tart'; and the white peach 'Baba' inspired by Peach Melba. In addition, we will also prepare savory items such as conger eel temari sushi and shrimp croquette mini burgers.
