What is Pickleball?
Pickleball is a racket sport that originated in the United States in 1965. Players use paddle-like rackets to hit a ball with holes over a net on a court the same size as a badminton court. Its most notable characteristic is that with a short lesson, players can start rallying quickly. The perforated ball experiences wind resistance, slowing its speed even when hit hard, making it enjoyable for people of all ages, from seniors to children, and across generations.
With an exercise intensity that is neither too gentle nor too strenuous, it is called "America's fastest-growing sport," and it is gaining popularity in Japan as a sport enjoyed by people of all ages and genders.
