Tokyu Power Supply Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Setagaya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Kazuhide Mikashi, hereinafter "the company") will launch the 'Summer Electricity Support Festival' (hereinafter "the campaign") starting Monday, June 15, 2026. Customers who apply for Polarin electricity during the campaign period will receive a discount of up to ¥5,000 on their electricity bills.

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, Hokkaido, which has recently experienced prolonged high temperatures, is forecasted to face another severe heatwave this summer, leading to increased electricity demand due to air conditioning usage. Additionally, the prolonged instability in Iran and the Middle East raises concerns over rising fuel prices, potentially increasing household expenses beyond usual levels.

This campaign aims to reduce the burden for customers concerned about rising summer electricity costs and support household budgets. All customers who apply for Polarin electricity during the campaign period will automatically receive a ¥5,000 discount on their electricity bills.
