Barbecue Party to Promote Interaction Among New Student Residents to be Held at 6 Venues Nationwide This Summer

Gakusei Jyoho Center Co., Ltd. (Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture, President and Representative Director Kazuki Yoshino, hereinafter "Nasic") will hold exchange events for students who newly moved into student apartments managed by Nasic this year, at six venues nationwide (Sendai, Tokyo, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, and Fukuoka).

This event aims to support community building among students starting their new lives. This fiscal year, the program, which traditionally focused on interaction, has been revised and will be implemented as an experiential event in a barbecue format.

Nasic supports both a "safe and secure life" and a "rich student life" for its resident students.

This is the fourth year the exchange event has been held to provide opportunities for interaction to students who are anxious about living alone or who want to make more friends.

Previously, students from different regions interacted by connecting venues nationwide online. However, while programs primarily focused on interaction had weak student motivation to participate, expectations for the event were high. Therefore, this year, we have planned a barbecue party as an "experiential" gathering where students can naturally start conversations. Through the shared experience and meal of "grilling delicious meat in a fun way," we aim to deepen interactions and encourage students to make friends and build communities in their new lives.

Event Overview

Target Audience: Students who newly moved into student apartments etc. managed by Nasic

Venues: Tokyo, Sendai, Nagoya, Kyoto, Osaka, Fukuoka

Dates: July 5 - August 2, 2026

Capacity: Approximately 150 people (all 6 venues) *First-come, first-served basis with advance registration

Nasic will continue to regularly hold seminars and events for resident students. We will enhance the resident student service "NasicCLUB24" and, with the motto "More and more, for students. For the future society.", we will support student life by providing many experiences that only students involved with Nasic can have.
