Practical Project for Students to Tackle Regional Issues: "Future of the City Project with Students" Activity Presentation Held
Tokyu Fudosan Holdings and Gakusei Joho Center (Nasic), in cooperation with Kyoto City, held an activity presentation for the "Future of the City Project with Students," where students work on solving regional issues. They produced article content that organized the background of their activities, specific initiatives, achievements, and future prospects, and presented it at the activity presentation.

■ Workshops Held (Total of 3 sessions)
In this project, a total of three workshops were held from November 2025 to March 2026: "Interviewing," "Exploration," and "Dissemination." Students progressively learned interviewing techniques and editorial perspectives, and then each team conducted interviews with local companies and organizations. They proceeded with the production of article content and the construction of a special website. By having the students themselves handle the entire process from interviewing to production and dissemination, the project provides practical learning opportunities that go beyond mere study.
■ About Interview Activities
In this project, students took the initiative, handling everything from arranging appointments with target organizations to on-site interviews, conducting interviews, and editing articles. They produced content that visualized the initiatives and values of each organization from a third-party perspective.
Through these activities, students developed practical information dissemination skills and deepened their understanding of organizations active in the region.
■ Activity Presentation
At the activity presentation held at Kyoto City Hall, each team gave presentations based on the special websites and interview content they had created. The realistic content based on on-site interviews and the dissemination utilizing the unique perspectives of young people were highly evaluated, attracting great interest from participants.
In addition, opinions were exchanged with stakeholders, including the Mayor of Kyoto City, and comments were given on the students' proposals, and discussions were held on future regional revitalization.
