Tokyu Land Opens Second "Tokyu Line Real Estate Transaction Brokerage" Store, "Aobadai Store," at Aobadai Tokyu Square on May 8th!

Our company opened its first directly managed "Tokyu Line Real Estate Transaction Brokerage" service store, the "Musashi-Kosugi Store," at Musashi-Kosugi Tokyu Square in July 2025. Now, we will open our second store, the "Aobadai Store," directly connected to Aobadai Tokyu Square on the Den-en-toshi Line, on May 8th, 2026 (Friday). Moving forward, we aim to achieve "the realization of attractive and sustainable town development" by expanding our store network along the Tokyu Lines and providing a real estate brokerage service that continues to be chosen.

Aobadai, located in Aoba Ward, Yokohama City, where the Aobadai Store will open, is one of the model towns for the Tama Den-en Toshi development led by our company. It is a town where residents can feel the ease of raising children and living, with quiet residential areas, beautiful tree-lined streets, and lush green parks. On the other hand, in recent years, the declining birthrate and aging population have progressed, and the need to search for housing in response to considerations for moving as life stages change has become apparent and is expected to increase further in the future.
