Tokyu Corporation to Open Second 'Tokyu Ensen no Chukai' Real Estate Brokerage Store at Aobadai Tokyu Square on Friday, May 8

In July 2025, our company opened the first direct-managed store for our real estate brokerage service, 'Tokyu Ensen no Chukai' (Tokyu Line Brokerage Service), at Musashi-Kosugi Tokyu Square. We are now pleased to announce the opening of our second location, the 'Aobadai Store,' on Friday, May 8, 2026, located directly connected to Aobadai Station on the Den-en-toshi Line at Aobadai Tokyu Square. We will continue to expand our store network along the Tokyu lines, providing a real estate brokerage service that remains a preferred choice, with the goal of realizing 'attractive and sustainable community development.'

Aoba Ward, Yokohama, where the new Aobadai store is located, is one of the model towns of the Tama Den-en-toshi area that we led in development. It is a neighborhood characterized by quiet residential streets, beautiful tree-lined avenues, and lush parks, offering an environment that is both family-friendly and highly livable.
